When it came time for potty training, I knew I didn't want a seat that would have to be removed each time it was used, since our hallway bathroom was the most used bathroom in the house. We also couldn't buy anything more permanent, because it had to be used by adults as well. So, I found this product on Amazon. I was a little apprehensive at first, because it seemed too good to be true, but once it arrived and we installed it, I couldn't be happier! It works just as well as I was hoping it would, is not flimsy and best of all, my two year old no longer needs me to hold him up when he is on the potty! Customer service was wonderful too, sending a message after I ordered it to be sure it would fit. I would give this product 10 stars if I could!!

We used many toilet seats and attachments, everything made my son really uncomfortable. This seat is good for both adults and kids, very easy to use, my son loves it and is now perfectly trained.

When my daughter first started potty-training, I purchased this in the oblong shape. I just moved to another home, which had a standard/round seat as opposed to the oblong one, and so re-purchased another for her bathroom. I love this seat for several reasons: First, it's easy to install. Second, the way this is made, it's nearly impossible to "slam" neither of the toilet seats down, which is only important if a slamming toilet seat bothers you as it does me:-) It's made well, easy to clean, and ingenious! While waiting for the new one to arrive, I'd been using one of the trainer seats that have handles and simply fits over the toilet opening. It was a mess, and I couldn't just leave the "little" size seat on AND close the lid... So happy with this, and you will be too!

I bought this seat for my potty-training 2.5 year old boy. Yes, the hole in the seat is a bit large for the little guy, but better than the full seat, and he and baby brother will "grow into it" in the years to come. I'd like to see handles on the side. It is plastic, and the lid and child's seat takes up more space when lifted for adult use, so as other people have commented, large people will rub up against the back (*ewwww*). We are "normal-sized" and have not found any problems with the plastic holding our weight or bumping the back. I like this better than having to do the shuffle with removable seats. Especially nice for our main floor bathroom, which our adult guests use. We have had this seat about 3 weeks, now I will order another one for the upstairs kid's/guest bathroom.

This product is more than I expected. It's cheap but in excellent quality. This is the third transitional/family seat I bought but this is the only one I'm truly satisfied. I am buying a second one for my other bathroom. My daughter (23 months old) loves climbing and sitting on it. She's very comfortable and independent using it. I feel relieved that I don't have to clean up potty chairs or hold her sitting in a regular toilet seat. Even the adult part of it is comfortable beyond my expectation. I recommend this for all.
