| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Review Emily Elizabeth has a big red dog--the biggest, reddest dog on her street, and his name is Clifford. How big is he? He's so big that when he runs after cars, he catches them in his mouth, and his doghouse is bigger than Emily Elizabeth's house. Needless to say, he makes an excellent watchdog. Children love the idea of the things you could do and the fun you could have with a giant dog, and Norman Bridwell's delightful, Clifford-proof board-book edition will not disappoint. (Baby to preschool)
Product Description A durable board book edition of the original classic celebrates Clifford's thirty-fifth anniversary and, in the voice of young Emily Elizabeth, celebrates the Big Red Dog's foibles and misadventures."

Clifford... well... September 1, 2008 Frankly, I can take it or leave it. My nieces love Clifford, so I've added a star to my review and gone with the "take it" option. And if you or your kids like Clifford, you can rest assured that the entire series is inexpensive.
The original book, at least, is simply written. That's something.
Satisfied Customer May 28, 2008 Book came fast and in great condition. Would recommend for early twos and younger, because content is VERY simplistic.
extremely disappointing March 26, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Empty CD (3 min twice - what a rip off!) bad pictures, flat reading and not educational at all. I'm giving a rating of zero. Try the excellent stories by Arnold Lobel, "Stories of Pirates" by Russell Punter, or Bear's series by Else Holmelund Minarik.
Clifford the Big Red Dog September 24, 2007 This book is definitely one of the classics of modern literature. The humor is infinitely sharper than that of all other children's literature. The illustrations remind one of the early days of Ted Degrazia. Buy this book and your life will be changed for the better.
