My daughter wanted this for my grandson's crib. She had had her eye on several sets, but they were too expensive. When she saw this for the price, we ordered it immediately. It fits the crib well and has a very soft nice feel to it. It's not real thick, and my grandson frequently grabs it and moves it around, which might be true of all crib bumpers. The only down side is all the ties...have to undo and redo them to wash it. Overall, though, I'd recommend.

Flaming curls
Simple, chic product. Very soft. Good quality. Baby isn't here yet, but it seems that it will work out well. Ties are a little challenging depending on the slats of your crib, but they are able to adjust without looking funny. Haven't washed it yet, but I will follow the care instructions and it should be fine. Overall, good purchase.

The Carters Super Soft Bumper, White was very affordable.
I love the way the crib looks now. But then, I am a grandmother.
The proof of the pudding is that my daughter-in-law, who is very up on products and what is good and safe for 21st century babies, thinks the crib is now wonderful. (That's where our new grandchild will take naps when visiting our house.)
The fabric of the bumper guard is super soft.

The bumper is great as the other reviewers have stated. Soft, attractive, doesn't shed, etc... However, when I pulled it tight into all 4 corners of my standard size crib, it is about 6 inches too small to go all the way around. It's not really a problem, I end up having the bumper not laying flat against the head of the crib, but it seems silly to make a bumper that is not quite long enough. So I've knocked off two stars from my review of an otherwise excellent bumper.
