Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
This hands-on, pop-up activity toy introduces your child to different shapes, animals and cause-and-effect play, and rewards discovery with colorful critters! A lever, beeper, key and switches are easy for little hands to activate. As your child presses, turns and twists, she'll be building fine motor skills and having fun as the colorful animals pop up to the corresponding action. There's even a built-in carry handle for on-the-go play.

2 out of 5 stars I wouldn't buy it if I could do it over   November 17, 2008
This was a disappointing purchase. It really isn't all that interesting after the first couple of minutes. My child didn't seem very interested after our initial play session with it. If I had it to do over, I would pass on this.

3 out of 5 stars opens with a bang!   November 1, 2008
I think my daughter was able to move most of the levers when I first showed it to her, around 4 months, but the loud snap as the animals popped up made her wince each time, so it didn't really encourage her to play and we actually put it away for a long stretch. Now she's 8 months and the colors draw her, but again she finds it too loud, even turning half away in anticipation when she sees me about to demonstrate one of the gizmos. She enjoys pushing all of the heads back down (even loudly with banging), but I fear she may have already learned to avoid really working this toy...

5 out of 5 stars Great toy with lasting power   October 13, 2008
My three kids, 3 yr old and 18 mos. old twins all love this toy. They go back to it time and time again. My little ones love opening and closing the doors. They will sit with this toy for long periods of time. This is a must have in a toddler toy collection.

3 out of 5 stars daughter enjoys   October 10, 2008
my daughter is 15 months old and has enjoyed this toy since she was 9 months old. It just seems to never get old to pop open the animal characters and close them up agian just to pop them open again. but she loves it.

5 out of 5 stars fun toy   October 5, 2008
My son enjoys opening and closing the doors on this toy. It is a nice toy that helps with his fine motor coordination.
