 Great keepsake! July 4, 2008
I received one of these kits when my son was born and loved it so much that I bought one for my daughter when she was born. They make such a nice keepsake and my son - now almost 4, loves to compare his hand with the handprint of when he was a baby. (We did handprints because we already had footprints.) The kit is so easy to use and I love the fact that I could try over and over to get just the right impression - which with wiggly little hands can be tough.

...a little difficult to get "the mold" to the ideal size to make it look right in the frame.
Bottomline - I recommend this.
Tips - Make sure you have atleast one other helper while making the actual imprint. And maybe an additional person for a photo op.

oh that is an awesome thing to have,we made sure we had room for the foot print and the hand print on one side and placed a photo of the baby on the other side. We will cherish it forever.

I am writing this to warn you. I bought this frame from Zicardi's and it came damaged. After several discussions with customer service, instead of doing a return like they said, they sent me another frame. That came damaged as well. I have made numerous attempts over 4 months to resolve the problem with no success. Their customer service people are very nice, but nothing gets done. They keep saying a manager will call to help with my return. Nobody every calls back. They have now asked I go to Amazon to get the return done. It is absolutely rediculous! Aviod the headaches and STAY AWAY!!!
An Exceptional Gift August 17, 2005
Just the thing for a new mother. I have given three of these over the years and the results have always been exceptional and have become a treasured keepsake.
As a bachelor, I always find baby gifts a bit awkward. This is the ideal solution to the problem.
