I got one of these chairs and due to many serious construction defects, Target replaced it free of charge. The second chair was worse than the first and it will be returned also. I am shocked at the lack of quality from a company as well known as Office Star. I am very pleased though, with Targets Customer Service. They were prompt and courteous.

Nice looking chair made of attractive hardwood as in picture, but one of the legs has large gap where it joins to the base-- the other legs are flush; one of the screws is too short; and the seat cannot screw into the back of the chair because the hole in the seat wasn't drilled properly. Very disappointing.
