Great product, but ball too small. July 16, 2008

This is a great product, but the stability ball is too small to do the workout. I am 5'6" and it states to get the 55cm ball. The ball feels very sturdy and strong. I tried the workout but I felt very hunched over to do some of the exercises, especially when working on the lower half of my body, which in turn really hurt my back. The workout definitely works because I could felt the "good" kind of soreness the next day, so I know it really targeted my muscles. I think I am going to purchase a larger stability ball though so my back doesn't hurt so much.
