That is the question I get asked constantly! NO! It's way better then a Bugaboo in my opinion and way more affordable! It folds with seat attached! Plus it comes with Custom Boot cover! AND you can buy with or without the Bassinet!! And if you buy it with the Bassinet you Don't have to use the same frame that you use for the seat as the Bugaboo. I am tall so the easy telescope handle is awesome! Overall a great modern looking stroller! I got mine for $400!
