Helps me stay moving! January 1, 2009 I ordered this brace when I was about 25 weeks pregnant with baby #2. I had quite a bit of vulvar swelling and couldn't be on my feet for more than 10 minutes at a time. This brace has helped tremendously!! I recommend putting it on as soon as you get up in the morning. It is tight (obviously), so I try to take it off and lie down for 30 minutes mid-day.
just ok November 25, 2008 The prenatal Cradle V2 supporter definitely offers support. I definitely have the right fit, because I don't fit in the next size up range at all. However, the V2 fits at my hips very tightly and with underwear underneath sometimes leaves read marks where the seams of underwear have been pressed into my skin. Also, when I sit down it feels very tight even though it sits so low...almost to the point of being uncomfortable. I often only wear it half the day because of this issue. It provides the support I need but has negative "side effects" as well!
Worth it September 11, 2008 I have had this thing for a little over 2 weeks now and I have to say it's working. I work in a bakery, on my feet all day and I was so worried that my varicosities would get worse, but the supporter have kept that from happening and relieved the discomfort I was already having. OK, yes, there are some crazy panty lines from this thing. That problem was solved by only wearing pants with butt pockets and that keeps anyone from noticing. I would recommend putting it on when you get dressed in the morning- I think it works better that way, instead of waiting until you're already in pain. I really believe it's a good investment, considering the doctor said this will come back with any subsequent pregnancies.
V2 Supporter May 29, 2008 My doctor recommended this product to me at the end of my 4th month of pregnancy to help with the pressure from my vericose veins. It has made a HUGE difference and I wear it everyday. I ordered 2 and if they both happen to be in the laundry at the same time, I am miserable without it. It does create some strange panty lines, but most maternity shirts hang down in the back far enough that it isn't a problem. Also I ordered a size bigger than suggested anticipating the weight I would gain throughout the rest of my pregnancy.
Great for prolapsed uterus May 9, 2008 I purchased this for my 80 year old mother who has a prolapsed uterus. It has really helped her since she is unable to have surgery to repair this problem. The uterus has not been "falling out" every time she stands up anymore - I would recommend this to women who have a prolapsed uterus and are unable to have surgery.
