Burt's Bees Is Da Bomb November 25, 2008 Burts Bees Diaper Ointment is by far the best we've tried. It beats: Dr. Smiths, Angel Baby Bottom Balm, A&D zinc oxide diaper rash cream, A&D ointment, Baby Butt Cream. Why? First and foremost it actually works to heal diaper rash. We see improvement the same day and normal skin in 1-3 days. Second, it actually smells good.
Angel Baby Bottom Balm also smells good and appears to soothe, but it's not as effective at reducing the rash.

Very good ointment... August 31, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This ointment is great. It is thick and protecting and smells very nice. My little boy had a minor diaper rash when we were in Venice and this cream worked wonders.
