The BOB Weather Shield is made of PVC-coated nylon with clear Mylar windows. The Weather Shield is ideal for keeping rain and chilly winds off of children, and the windows enable children to retain a clear view of the passing world. Snug as a Bug in a Rug November 29, 2008
I bought this after my daughter complained she was cold. Couldn't blame her; It was 35 degrees out. The weather shield allows her to stay comfortable while I stay dedicated to my workouts.
If you can handle the expense the payoff is worth it. Easy enough to install and provides extra comfort when the weather becomes chilly or extra windy.
