waiting... July 16, 2006 1 out of 7 found this review helpful
Well, we ordered this for a trip and it's "delayed" even though it says it's in stock. We got a vauge email that says "delayed" but no promise of delivery.... don't order it from Amazon if you're exhausted chasing an escaping baby! Go to a local store and purchase it........waiting.......waiting.......waiting.......
Works well for us July 16, 2006 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
We have a 2-yr-old climbing daughter, and when we vacation, this saves us! We use a crib tent on her home crib, and when we traveled without this playard tent, getting her to stay in the playard for sleep was a nightmare! Upon discovering the existence of the playard tent, I promptly ordered it (rush delivery!) so we could use it on our next trip. It worked like a charm. We had a little difficulty attaching it to the playard the first time, but every time thereafter has been pretty easy. It doesn't feel particularly durable, but it does the trick.....keeping her in the playard. Our daughter stays in the playard and we get some sleep when we're away from home. Without it, I'm afraid we'd spend every vacation exhausted. Highly recommended.

First of all unfortunately I would overpay for this item again. It is a lifesaver for a child that climbs out of crib. I did not think it was that hard to put together and I did get instructions with mine. Maybe that helped :) The bad end of it is that the materials it is made out of is cheap and flimsy. Unfortunately this is our only hope as no one else makes these.
DONT BUY! September 2, 2003 2 out of 8 found this review helpful
First of all it costs $... So you can almost buy a whole new play yard with that. Then you cant get it together. I had me and another girl trying for about an hour when we went and found a guy at a near by camp site. Then he coldn't get together. After asking 3 other guys we only had about 1/2 of it up. I finally gave up and went home. I was miserable. Then, I had to take it down. I couldn't get it down, and had to go find someone else to help with that. I am taking it back! I never fill these out. But it was such a bad purchase I had to fill this out to tell you all DONT BUY IT!!!!
very cozy August 6, 2003 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
If you have big (almost 20lbs) cats like mine who are always trying to sleep in the baby's bed, you need this tent! We spent several months trying to construct something to keep the cats out of the baby's sleeping spaces, but we couldn't construct anything as convenient or attractive as this tent. My 6 month-old daughter doesn't seem to mind being "tented" (I think she kind of likes the cozy feel), and when she gets more adventurous the tent will keep her safely in bed. Expensive, yes, but well worth the money in my opinion.
